Paul Friello eagerly took on what I believed would be a very difficult task. The house I was selling is very unique and I knew a very specific type of buyer would have to be found before it would sell. My previous realtor had been unable to find a buyer - and was even having trouble getting people to look at it. When I switched to Paul Friello he quickly assembled a very exciting and detailed profile for the property that highlighted it's best features, while still being accurate and honest. I believe that Paul Friello's ability to highlight a property's most marketable features, without being misleading, is a huge asset. As soon as he had my house listed, the showings began almost immediately and continued regularly until it sold - which ended up being much more quickly than I'd expected, and to a buyer who genuinely seems to be a perfect match to the property. Paul was also very responsive with all of my questions about the listing and transaction process, and helped walk me though each stage - I know he has other clients but I genuinely felt like I had contracted my own personal realtor. I enthusiastically recommend Paul Friello if you're selling a house and will absolutely be working with him again when I buy or sell another piece of property.
