Paul and his team made everything so easy! My home is over 200 years old needed work and is on a very busy, 4 lane road. He came in advising me what to do, where I should price it to be competitive and helped me sell in less than a week! Paul was there with great advice to help me navigate and get to the closing table. It's one thing to sell a hard to sell home, it's another to close 7 weeks later! I'm almost 60 and have never experienced such a level of knowledge and helpfulness!
