Being first time home buyers we had very little knowledge of all that entailed with buying a home. Paul was not only there to find us our dream home but also there to help us along the way with all the questions we had, and we had many! I had my house for sale by owner for some time, and Paul called me up. While I had received calls from many others nagging me to list with them, Paul took an informative and not overly aggressive approach that convinced me to list with him. In a very short period of time he generated a ton of traffic through our property. He had our house sold three different times, each of which unfortunately fell through (to no fault of his), and eventually we decided to stay for a while. Now, i'm guessing not too many people write reviews for agents that don't end up closing a deal, but Paul is wonderful. I have recommended him to anyone and everyone that I know is looking to buy or sell, and I do so with an incredible amount of confidence. He is a great guy and a great salesman and my wife and i loved working with him and his staff. When we decide to sell, I wouldn't call anyone else. Hire him, it will prove to be a great decision.
