Paul Friello called us after our house had been on the market for six months and hadn't sold. Paul was knowledgeable about the current market, very easy to work with, and very helpful in pricing our house. He put our house on the market on a Tuesday morning and we had an offer by Sunday morning. Paul was available for all our questions and kept us informed as the sale proceeded. Closing was a breeze. From listing to closing was six weeks. We highly recommend Paul and his team.
