I had my house for sale by owner for some time, and Paul called me up. While I had received calls from many others nagging me to list with them, Paul took an informative and not overly aggressive approach that convinced me to list with him. In a very short period of time he generated a ton of traffic through our property. He had our house sold three different times, each of which unfortunately fell through (to no fault of his), and eventually we decided to stay for a while. Now, i'm guessing not too many people write reviews for agents that don't end up closing a deal, but Paul is wonderful. I have recommended him to anyone and everyone that I know is looking to buy or sell, and I do so with an incredible amount of confidence. He is a great guy and a great salesman and my wife and i loved working with him and his staff. When we decide to sell, I wouldn't call anyone else. Hire him, it will prove to be a great decision.

Being first time home buyers we had very little knowledge of all that entailed with buying a home. Paul was not only there to find us our dream home but also there to help us along the way with all the questions we had, and we had many! Paul definitely had our best interest in mind , making sure what we were looking at was reasonable and that we weren't going to have to settle for anything less then exactly what we wanted. Paul was there anytime of the day or night which was a HUGE help! He helped us find our home even when we were discouraged that we wouldn't find exactly what we wanted while in our price range. Paul got it done! Our home had been on the market for close to a year with another realtor and when it didn't sell, we researched and interviewed many new realtors to help in selling our home. From the first time we spoke he brought confidence, knowledge and experience to the table. His familiarity with Rotterdam was huge. He was upfront and honest about what both his and our expectations should be when selling our home and was always a phone call away if we had any questions or ever needed anything. Our home sold in a couple weeks. He then helped us to find and secure our new home...that included navigating and assisting us through a "bidding war", one that got our family the home of our dreams. Paul sold our family home that 5 of us grew up in with our parents. He was very conscientious at all times in his efforts. Paul brings that professional demeanor and attitude with great confidence that he can meet or exceed your needs. We all found him very personable and easy to deal with. Paul filled us in on market level housing costs in the area and what was a good price to list our house for. His knowledge of the market environment allowed him to provide a realistic time frame that we should expect the process to take. He felt that the house would be attractive for example for a young family as a starter home. Along the way through his efforts and via an open house he would always keep us informed as to the traffic through and comments made by prospective buyers. He made some suggestions for minor changes that he felt would enhance the appeal and make it more attractive for that target market. In the end you want someone that you can trust to get the job done best for you and in a timely manner.
